Currently, SHO ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada to ensure the safety and integrity of our larger home goods during transit.

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.
